The Site is operated by Strada Media Ltd ("Strada", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Using the Site means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We'll date material changes where practical.
2. Nature of our content
Strada is an editorial motorsport publication. Everything we publish is provided for general information and is opinion and commentary, not professional advice. Nothing on the Site is technical, mechanical, safety, financial, legal, or betting advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Racing and working on cars carry real risk; always consult a qualified professional and follow manufacturer and event guidance. We work to be accurate but make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free.
3. Digital products and delivery
We sell digital goods — PDF guides and video courses — priced between $49 and $299. These are delivered electronically: after a successful payment you receive access or a download link by email. There is no physical shipment. You're responsible for providing a correct email address and for having a device capable of opening standard PDF and video files. Access is for your personal, non-commercial use; a purchase grants one licence to one person.
4. Refunds on digital goods
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, by completing a purchase you ask us to supply the content right away and acknowledge you may lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun. That said, we want you to be satisfied: if a product is faulty, materially not as described, or you cannot access it after a reasonable attempt to help, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. We don't refund simply because you changed your mind after accessing the content.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — articles, photographs, graphics, course materials, and the Strada name and branding — is owned by Strada Media Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links to our articles for personal use. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content or paid products without our written permission. Quoting briefly with clear attribution and a link is fine.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to break security, scrape at scale, disrupt service, upload malicious code, or use the Site unlawfully. We may suspend access where these Terms are breached.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strada Media Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, nor for any loss resulting from reliance on our content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Where we are liable, our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The Site may link to external sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections you have in your country of residence.
